OmicsPred platform shares genetic models for multi-omic trait prediction

Full-size image

A team has launched OmicsPred, an open platform for depositing and sharing genetic prediction models of multi-omic traits. The platform includes metadata required for reproducibility and independent applications. The authors conducted a multi-omic, multi-ancestry phenome-wide association analysis using data from the Million Veterans Program. PheWAS summary statistics and other data are available at www.omicspred.org.

The platform gives researchers standard tools to check genetic links across ancestries and molecular traits.
